Who this covers

This policy covers deuceswildpokertx.com, the marketing website for Deuces Wild Poker Club (120 FM 2821 Rd E, Huntsville, TX 77320). It does not cover in-person data collection at the club itself.

What we collect on the site

We collect very little. Specifically:

  • SMS opt-in: If you submit your phone number through the "Text DEUCE" form, we store your number so we can text you the weekly schedule, tournament reminders, and high-hand alerts. Reply STOP to any text to opt out immediately.
  • Website analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4, property G-HVN2X8QNGE) to see aggregate traffic patterns — which pages people visit, roughly where they came from, and how long they stayed. This is anonymous and never tied to your name, phone, or email.
  • Server logs: Standard hosting logs (IP address, requested URL, user-agent, timestamp) — retained briefly for security and troubleshooting.

What we do NOT collect on the site

  • Payment card information (all payments happen in person at the club).
  • Social security or government ID numbers.
  • Personal player statistics or hand histories.

How we use it

SMS opt-ins are used only to text you the information you signed up for. Analytics helps us understand what's working on the site so we can improve it. We do not sell your data.

Third-party services

  • Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides basic bot / DDoS protection.
  • Google Analytics — anonymous traffic analytics.
  • Google Maps — the embedded map on the Contact page loads from Google.

Your choices

  • Opt out of SMS: reply STOP to any of our text messages.
  • Delete your SMS record: text us at (936) 217-6408 from the number you signed up with, or send a note asking us to remove it.
  • Block analytics: your browser's Do Not Track / privacy settings, or an ad-blocker, will block GA and Google Maps.
